The Stages of Vipassana - 9th stage of vipassana nana

The ninth stage of vipassana nana is knowledge of desire for deliverance

(muccitukamyata nana).

When panna realises more and more clearly the futility of the nama and rupa

that appear, and it becomes more detached from them, panna wants to

become liberated from nama and rupa that arise and fall away. The panna

that wants to be liberated is knowledge of desire for deliverance

(muccitukamyata nana).
